The marketing site is hosted by Amazon Web Services (AWS).
The technical infrastructure of the SaaS software is hosted by Amazon Web Services Europe.
3. Services presented
The site presents the offers marketed by ShakeApp under the Shake brand: Shake Lite (Google visibility and review collection), Shake One (all-in-one subscription), Web Pro (website creation), AI Pro (conversational sales agent) and Booking Pro (online calendar and booking). Some of these solutions rely on third-party technologies operated on a white-label basis, for which ShakeApp holds the licences required to market them.
4. Intellectual property
All elements of the site — text, visuals, logos, trade marks, structure, source code, animations, databases and demonstration scenarios — are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of ShakeApp or its partners. Any reproduction, representation, adaptation, extraction or reuse, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation constitutes infringement punishable under articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French intellectual property code.
5. Examples, simulations and testimonials
The conversations, calendar screens, captures and figures shown under the label « simulation » illustrate how the modules work using typical cases. They constitute neither a commitment as to results, nor a performance promise, nor a guarantee of ranking. Company names, logos and testimonials are published with their owners’ consent.
6. Prices shown
Prices shown on the site are in euros excluding tax, for guidance only, and may change. Only the quote or subscription summary accepted by the Client is binding. VAT is not applicable under article 293 B of the French tax code.
7. Artificial intelligence
The conversational agents offered state their artificial nature in their first message, in accordance with article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689. Their answers are generated from information supplied by the Client and constitute neither legal, medical, financial, tax or regulatory advice, nor any contractual commitment by ShakeApp.
8. Links and third-party services
The site and the modules interface with third-party services, notably WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Google, Stripe and artificial-intelligence model providers. ShakeApp exercises no control over these services, their terms of use, their availability or their changes, and accepts no liability in that respect.
9. Liability
ShakeApp endeavours to ensure the accuracy of the information published on the site but cannot be held liable for errors, omissions, temporary unavailability or indirect damage arising from access to the site or its use.
10. Governing law
This notice is governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the Commercial Court of Marseille.
Privacy policy (GDPR)

For data collected on shakeagency.io (forms, audit requests, contact enquiries), ShakeApp acts as data controller. For data processed inside the modules the Client subscribes to — AI agent conversations, appointments, customer records, reviews — ShakeApp acts as processor, on behalf of and under the instructions of the Client, who is the controller.

Data is hosted by Amazon Web Services Europe. ShakeApp uses further sub-processors for message delivery, payments and agent operation (notably Stripe, Meta, Google and artificial-intelligence model providers). Any transfer outside the European Union is covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
6. Security
ShakeApp implements appropriate technical and organisational measures: TLS encryption of traffic, access segregation, individual authentication, logging and regular backups. The Client is responsible for the confidentiality of its credentials and for managing its team’s access.
7. Individual rights
Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and French Act no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 as amended, any individual has a right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, exercised by email to contact@shakeapp.io. Requests from a Client’s end users are forwarded to that Client, as controller. A complaint may be lodged with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
8. Cookies
The site only uses markers strictly necessary to its operation (theme and language, kept in the browser’s local storage). Any later analytics or advertising cookie will require prior consent, revocable at any time.
